Gary E. Kilpatrick, PE, DFE was trained to operate the Bob Cat Skid Steer on March 11, 2024 by a local Bob Cat dealer located in Kernersville North Carolina. The Clark Equipment Company invented the forklift and the earth moving machine known as the frontend loader which is also referred to as the wheel loader and skid steer. The Bob Cat is the smallest of the frontend loaders that was invented by The Clark Equipment Company. Today in addition to Bob Cat, Caterpillar, John Deer, JCB, Gehl and New Holland design and manufacture frontend loaders.
